Property Management
- Familiarization of properties by members of the organization
- Attending to switching on and off of water and electricity to leased premises
- Apportionment of rates & water Accounts between tenants
- Invoicing & collection thereafter of monies of leased properties
- Assessment of rental values from time to time with recognizance to market forces generally inflation and expected returns on investment
- Marketing of any vacant units for leasing in the press at no costs to landlords
- Completion of detailed application forms by prospective tenants & vetting via credit bureaux at our costs
- Receipt of single monthly rentals as good tenancy deposit or securing against breakages or non-performance
- Completion of formal lease agreements in triplicate one to landlord, tenant and one for filing
- Regular inspections of the leased properties and submission of annual reports of the property
- Banking rental monies & issuance of monthly statements showing income & expenditure together with relevant vouchers
- Repair works and submit quotations on serious matters
- Chasing on late payments, issuing final demands and handing over debtors to Attorneys for non-payment
