Tawanda Korovedzai

Tawanda has over 12 years of actuarial experience with Old Mutual, where he joined as an actuarial trainee in 1991, after graduating from the University of Zimbabwe with a BSc degree in Mathematics and Geology and rose through the ranks to Actuarial Manager. In this capacity he was involved in preparation of actuarial valuations and providing Employee Benefi ts clients with actuarial advice. In 2003, he acquired stake in Goldstick Insurance Brokers and joined the company as the Managing Director and spearheaded the market penetration and development in a highly dynamic and complex market at that time. He completely transformed Goldstick to become one of the trusted and dependable insurance broking companies in the market and the best employer of choice to the few remaining insurance broking specialists. Goldstick Insurance Brokers commands great respect in the whole insurance industry and has significant corporate and personal clients on its books.
Has an MBA degree from Nottingham Trent University, (UK). In addition he is pursuing actuarial studies with the Faculty of Actuaries, Scotland UK, and current PhD. Student at University of Africa (Zambia) in leadership development studies in Africa.
Tawanda has always had a passion for property development and investment. It is therefore, deeply gratifying for him to be associated from inception with Goldstick Real Estate Agency and there shall be unprecedented future success in the real estate industry, from both a local and global perspective. As the Executive Director, Tawanda has formulated strategies which shall focus on specifi c niches. An experienced Team have been put in place, and this team shall add value to property investments. Investment in property today is more than bricks and mortar, it is an investment in hands-on-management that constantly has to evolve and adapt to maximise wealth creation. His commitment is to assist clients to create and preserve property wealth by providing the best property management and broking service available.
Evelyn Maisvoreva (nee Sibanda)

Evelyn has over 29 years post experience in finance, administration, marketing, secretarial and counseling. She started her carrier in administration with the Ministry of Public Service later joined SIRDC, Zimbabwe Human Rights NGO Forum, SACST [RSA] and Padare/Enkundleni/Men’s Forum on Gender. Evelyn is a dedicated team player and has over the years become a marketing strategist par excellence and is holistically well connected in the business circles. She is pursuing studies in Psychology. She joined Goldstick Real Estate in March 2017 as Business Development Manager.
Killian Gazimbi
Property Valuer
Chartered/Certified Asset Valuer by Real Estate Council of Zimbabwe:
Killian has over 25 years in property valuation and management experience under his belt. Most of the experience was gained with Ministry of Public Construction, where he rose from being a property administrator to Senior Valuation Officer. He is a chartered/certified asset valuer with the Real Estate Council of Zimbabwe.
Mike Madzivadondo
Property Manager
Diploma in Marketing, Selling and Sales Management
Mike has over 6 years property sales, administration and letting experience. Started property management and consultancy career with Sonskyn Property in South Africa. He joined Goldstick Real Estate property sales team in 2010 and he rose through the ranks to be promoted in 2014 first as project manager before heading the Property Division in 2015. Mike has distinguished himself as a strategic and special projects specialist and he pays attention to clients’ needs and link investors with the right properties in the market.
Erina Muridhini

Bachelor of Commerce Business Management Honors Degree (Midlands State University)
Erina has over 3 years property sales, administration and letting experience. Started her property management and consultancy career with Goldstick Real Estate after graduating at Midlands State University in Commerce Business Management Honors Degree. Currently, Erina is pursuing her studies in Real Estate Management with the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe.
