Goldstick is cognizant of the fact that the success of its vision and plans is heavily dependent on the quality of its staff. Goldstick believes in having its own employees who believe in its way of doing business, its culture and values, therefore the company shall put  in place different training programs to cater for different training needs. The company will endeavour to develop skills of employees in all departments so as to enhance competency and improve productivity.

Training needs of employees will be evaluated from the time the join the company and from time to time. Employees needing further training will be identified and such employees sent for appropriate training. Both in-house and external training programs relevant to the enhancement of employee performance will be used to improve skills of employees. Internal seminars on functions of all departments within the company will be conducted.
